'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd al-Rahman Al Sa'ud, also know as Ibn Sa'ud was the leader of this band. He became the ruler of Najd and ultimately proclaimed the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Included as a Special Feature is the valuable reference "An Aramco World Index" covering 1951-73 in anticipation of the publication's 25th anniversary (pp11-26): "of interest to the scholars, writers, journalists and teachers who make up a large part of the magazine's present circulation" (Eileen Olmsted).

This issue was essentially co-edited by Sinclair and Raworth as it was incomplete as Sinclair began his sentence for marijuana possession. Includes a series of letters from Sinclair and a note from Magdalene Sinclair on John's incarceration. Sinclair is a Detroit poet who was the leader of the White Panther Party, an activist, underground newspaper editor and the manager of the MC5 rock group. The rear cover is an American Flag of red and white stripes and skull & crossbones/$ signs on a blue field by Jerry Younkins.
