Previous owner's name marked through with marker on first page or inside cover. This is the preferred reprint of the great and collectible Cleburne biography. The author, Buck, was on Cleburne's staff for two years. He wrote only what he saw or what was substantiated to him personally. It ranks among the best of Confederate memoirs.
