Top three-quarters of an inch at top of spine of this volume is missing. Some edge, corner and surface wear. View scan. Some toning, mainly on endpapers; very little foxing. Bowdler removed or changed those words and passages that he thought might be offensive to tender sensibilities. Rather famous edition of Shakespeare's work. This volume includes: Tempest, Two Gent. Of Verona, Merry Wives, Twelfth Night, Measure for Measure and Much Ado. I have three of the eight volumes of this set listed. Inquire for a discount if you wish to buy all six.
