This is the transcript of the handwritten squadron diary kept by duty Ops officers throughout the period from the arrival of the first Beverley on 48 Sqn at Changi in 1959 until the demise of 34 squadron in January 1968. No attempt has been made to correct anything other than basic grammatical or spelling errors. The diary was discoverd recently (1994) in storage at R.A.F. Quedgley and appears to be ALL THAT EXISTS of 34 Squadron outside the memories of ex squadron members. 55pp, NOT "Signed by the Author" Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12". Sighed BY Cliff Smithurst.
