Slight fading along edges, three small spots of pale discoloration on back cover, one on spine. Lettering and decoration fully intact and legible. Book encased in protective brodart sleeve to avoid any other damage. Title page dated 1904. Copyright page dated only 1904. Page facing title page states only 267 copies of this edition have been printed and 250 are for sale, labeled number 111 in red pen. 72 pages. Includes introduction by Victor Hugo Paltsits, bibliography, genealogical information, How's narrative, and index. Top edge of pages shows red water stain, about an inch long and extending less than 1/5 inch into page, no text touched. Varying levels of intensity throughout pages. Pages otherwise clean, lightly and evenly toned. Binding cracking along spine at center of text (most notably between pages 48-49), revealing glimpse at backing linen.
