Blue linen-like hard covers with gild lettering on front and spine. Corners are bumped with some fraying; slight fading along cover edges. Accompanied with two small cards from the family requesting acknowledgement of receipt of the book, and a private card belonging to Mr. John Jacob Hoff presenting this title to the original recepient.
