It was finished at No XIV Upper Mall, Hammersmith, in the county of London, on the fourth day of March, MDCCCXCVII. Sold by the trustees of the late William Morris at the Kelmscott Press". Facsimile. In very good off white boards, silver titles to spine. The covers are very tight, flat but shelf-cocked. Top front corner bumped. Clean off-white end papers with slight pattern. Clean cut edges. The text block is in near fine condition, with clean, tight pages, without any tanning or markings. Burne-Jones frontispiece; illustrations from "Love is Enough." by Morris; with decorated border on page one and around frontispiece. Rare.
