Inside front wrapper has advertisements for 3 private schools in New York City: Miss Spence's Boarding and Day School for Girls, Mrs. Leslie Morgan's Boarding and Day school for Girls, and the Helburn School. Inside back wrapper has advertisement for the City History club of New York. Final four pages contain literary advertisements. Pages are partially unopened and untrimmed. A useful history of newspaper publishing in New York from 1725 to 1895. In Good+ Condition: front wrapper scraped; wrapper edges are significantly chipped; pages are clean and tight.
