Hardcover. Condición: Good. First Edition. Engravings; Small 4to 9" - 11" tall; 103 pages; Large format HC in original green cloth with title lettering to boards and spine in gilt. Soundly bound but shaken. Cover bright and neat but top two inches of the spine rather gnawed by preumably puppy jaws with fray to cloth at crown and needle punctures through boards and into the page stock, visible in the spine edge margin of all pages. A trifle of silverfish predation to the cloth spine. The unsightly puppy gnaw is confined to the top copule inches of the spine and does not affect and image bearing surface, only the top spine corner margins. Thus good only. Uncommon. Attractive bookplate of Redmond Conyngham, designed and engraved by noted historian of American printmaking, David McNeely Stauffer. .
