Decorative Hardcover. Condición: Good. Arthur G. Learned Ilustrador. The cover has white cloth with goldtone lettering and an illustration. The content has quotes of one or more sentences that include "woman, women, girl, female, her, etc." Most of the illustrations, b/w, are on the front and bottom margins; a few are full-page. The top end of the text block has gilt. Most of the back board is mottled with color loss, caused by dampness or an insect. The spine panel and the margins of the front board are much less thus. The front endpaper has four chips, 1/8 in. to 3/8 in. on the fold, and it is mottled with loss of sheen caused by scrapes. The half-title page and two other pages have foxing. Scans e-mailed upon request.

Hardcover. Condición: Good. 1906 copy in overall very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. It contains a compilation of quotes about man and is illustrated with a nice color frontispiece and several black and white illustrations through out the text. The covers only have some light wear with some very minor bowing to the boards. There is a neatly written period gift inscription to the designated gift dedication page at the start of the book. The bound in ribbon bookmark is present but broken near the top. The interior is lightly toned from age but is generally nice and clean, though there may be the very occasional page with a light bit of foxing, soiling, grubbiness or some kind of other minor imperfection such as a creased page corner, minor interior crack, tiny tear or chip, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 9 inches by 6 1/8 inches and is 125 pages long.*********This book will require additional shipping charges if being sent outside of the United States**********.
