Dustjacket is missing, but flap of DJ with plot summary is pasted onto rear pastedown. Red cloth boards show wear and (on spine) sunning, with black lettering/titling. Corners and edges of boards show softening and wear normal in a book of this age. Top edge of text block has been tinted, perhaps a dark red, but this has muted over the years. Edges of text block are toned. Binding remains secure, pages clean. From the Gloria Grace Griffen collection of Western Americana collection at the University of Nevada with bookplate on the front pastedown. Signed by Author.
