Libro Original o primera edición
Hardcover. Condición: Good. First Edition. A l'enseigne du masque d'or / Chez Devambez, [1920]; no. 176 of unstated printing limitation; from the collection of Phillip W. Pillsbury, chairman emeritus of the Pillsbury Company and a grandson of the co-founder, Charles Alfred Pillsbury, with his book plate fixed to front end page. Ten short reflections on types of modern women, with fantastic full-color illustrations by poster artist Guy Arnoux accompanying each. Binding is tight, sturdy, and square; moderate amount of edgewear to boards, corners bumped, paper damaged at some spots at edges of boards; moderate amount of toning, faint dust scuffing to boards, color illustration on front remains bold and free of rubbing; illustrations and text also very good; some foxing to end pages, glue remnant on rear paste-down. A presentable copy of this scarce volume. From a private collection. More photos available upon request. Due to the size/weight of this book extra charges may apply for international shipping. Ships from Dinkytown in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
