Hardcover. Condición: Good. First Edition #773. This book is number 773 of a first edition of 1000 copies. The volume itself has burgundy pebble covers with gilt lettering on the spine and front cover. The work has two foldouts one at the rear of the book which is a map of Florida for Florida Cruises with an approximate scale , 1 inch = 28 nautical miles, which is in very good + or bettter condition. The other fold-out is a map of scenic and picturesque Florida, it is a smaller fold out and in the front of the book right after the table of contents. This map is also in very good+ or better condition. At the top of the outside covers there is wear area that is about 3/4 of an inch on the front cover edge and about 1/4 of an inch on the back cover edge. There is wear at the head and tail of the spine and at corners. Inside the rear cover of the book the binding is beginning to separate. There is some age toning. The dust jacket is now protected in an archival quality Brodart jacket. There is browning on the inside of the dust jacket and a tear at the bottom of the spine up the spine about 3 inches. However, the dj is not price-clipped (original price $5.00 in 1945). Addition chipping and small tears along the edge of the dj. This work is over 500 pages and includes about one hundred fifty black & white illustrations. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box.
