A near perfect copy of this 1973 novel. Wilson Price Hunt, an early pioneer and explorer, is primarily remembered for travelling Oregon Country in the Pacific Northwest of North America. This 1973 novel holds the diary entries of Hunt detailing his voyage, accompanied by his companions, from St Louis to the mouth of the Columbia by way of a new route through the Rocky Mountains.
