Hardcover. Condición: Very Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Near Fine. Ruth Robbins Ilustrador. 1st Edition. Authentic tales and myths from the native tribes of California, originally collected by anthropologist C. Hart Merriam, and adapted for young readers by Anne B. Fisher. Very effective, two-color, illustrations throughout. The lovely pale tan cloth boards, with a terrific illustration blocked in black on upper cover, are a little discolored on bottom edge - presumably some old damp damage - but otherwise the book would be fine in a near fine, very slightly rubbed dust jacket. JS.
