Condición: Fair. 1925. No Edition Remarks. 301 pages. Full bound black leather with decorations. Black and white photographs and illustrations with colour illustrations throughout. Severe cracking to hinges causing boards to be loose. Pages and illustrations are lightly tanned throughout. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning and chipping to leather to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Staining to rear board.

Hardcover. Condición: Good. No Jacket. Presentation copy. Dark green hardcover with title in gilt on front cover and spine. Condition: Good, with general light shelfwear to covers. Binding sound. The previous owner has attached an old receipt from Northern Bank dated 1821 confirming that twenty pounds has been received from Solomon Darcus. The receipt is attached with old sellotape which could now be removed with little effect to the receipt itself. The page following the front endpaper consists of a presentation text giving the book with compliments to the previous owner, dated 28th August 1956 and signed by the chairman of the bank. The previous owner has also attached to the reverse of this page (again with old sellotape) the letter which must have accompanied the book, 255pp. Many b/w and several colour illustrations.
