All the records of Cook's travels to NZ have been gathered together in one volume. Amplified by informative notes. The relevant passages of the 3 voyages are included together with Captain Furneaux's account of the events relating to the massacre of some of his men. Condition: DJ tatty and age discoloured but still there! Boards good colour and clean, slight rub top/bottom of spine + corners. o/p seam tanned from DJ flap. 2nd page top middle owner own typed info label. Bottom date stamp 27 Dec 1951. Internally clean, little wear, binding tight, good colour.
