Six volumes. Translated from the Russian by Dr A. Birron and Z. S. Cole. Upwards of 700 birds species have been recorded in the Soviet Union. Each volume is highly illustrated with in-text figures and maps. Written by G. P. Dement'ev and N. A. Gladkov. In the original cloth binding (various colours).
