Libro
Hardcover. Condición: Good. Estado de la sobrecubierta: No Dust Jacket. First. GOOD / NO DUST JACKET. Not ex-library. x, 181 pp. Pages are somewhat toned with age, but are whole and unmarked except for (literally) two or three small smudges. The black and white engravings that constitute over half the book are incredible, and all completely pristine. Lower right corners of first 30+ pages show evidence of bump impact; just a bit bent, some corners folded in a tiny bit. Top right corners undamaged. Textblock edges are toned, slight evidence of marks along bottom edge. Inside front and back covers and flyleaves are quite foxed. Name written inside front cover in ink. Inside front hinge is beginning to crack, but textblock and book overall are still solid. Cover: boards covered in dark blue buckram with gilt titling on front (still bright, with illustration of surgeon's hand) and spine (very faded). All edges are shelfworn; top of spine and upper left corner of front cover are worn, white-ish, bottom right corners are worn to boards. Still, cover has done its work of protecting the interior well. Seems to be a rare item, but of interest for the exquisite engravings.
