Dr. Marion Cuthbert was a highly accomplished African-American poet and scholar - a former Dean of Women at Talladega College for Women, the first African-American appointed to the faculty of Brooklyn College, and associated with numerous other national religious and civic organizations. Dr. Cuthbert received her Doctorate in Philosophy from Columbia University. this book is lightly shelf worn with a scuffed, torn and chipped dust jacket. copyrighted by the National Board of the YWCA (Dr. Cuthbert on staff).
