It is 7 3/8" by 8 1/4" and has about 30 pages with beautifully done full color illustrations on nearly every page. Nellie is a horse. "Behind the house there was a stable. In one side of this stable there was a shiny black surrey - and in the other side there was a shiny black horse - named Nellie." This story involves Nellie. Thank you!.
