Revised Final Draft script for the 1960 film. Copy belonging to John Van Dreelan who played the role of General Bruger, with his character's name in manuscript pencil on the front wrapper. Americans and French team up to help rescue a Nazi general awaiting trial in Berlin in order to bring him to London. Set in Europe, filmed on location in France, Italy and the Netherlands. Mauve titled wrappers with "the part of General Bruger" in manuscript pencil on the front wrapper. Title page present, dated September 28, 1959, noted as Revised Final Draft, with credits for screenwriters Morheim and Crawford. 137 leaves, and an additional 6 leaves, mimeograph duplication. Pages Near Fine, additional pages Good, wrapper Near Fine, internally bound with two small gold brads.

An avant-garde artist's wife begins an affair with the owner of the modern art gallery which shows her husband's work. Director Henri-Georges Clouzot's final film, and his first completed film following his eight-year hiatus after the release of "La Verite" in 1960. Collection of over 80 vintage borderless single weight candid and glamor photographs and film negatives, black-and-white and color, and color transparencies, for the 1956 French-Italian film. Most of the images are glamour portraits of the film's leading women: Dany Carrel, Nicole Courcel, Giorgia Moll, and Beatrice Altariba. Several color transparencies show Brigitte Bardot, whose sister Mijanou starred in the film, leaving a small airplane with her male companion. Several photos rubber-stamped with various photographer names and agencies, including Esther Kiss, Rene Hollinger, and L. Markine. Housed in a vintage French Crumiere brand photo paper box. A remake of Jacques Deval's 1936 film of the same name, about a women's boarding house, and the group of women forced to band together because of a housing shortage. Released during the heyday of American exploitation films about women's prisons, all-girl boarding schools, and girl gangs. Photographs range from 7.25 x 9.25 inches to 3 x 4 inches, with most being smaller (developed photos from medium-format transparencies), negatives and transparencies include 15 frames on 35mm strips, 6 mounted medium format color transparencies, 5 medium format color transparencies, and 39 medium format negatives. Negatives with light rubbing. Very Good plus overall. Box split at corners, foxing, Good.

Archive of 207 vintage borderless single weight still photographs and contact sheets from the 1960 French film. Numerical annotations on the verso of nearly all photos in manuscript pencil, several cropped contact sheets mounted on larger sheets. Housed in a vintage French Kodak brand photo paper box, with most contact sheets in a two-ring binder (similar to keybook photos). Also included is a press folder from the Cinedis agency in Paris, with star biographies, film credits, and scenario, on Cinedis parchment. Seen in the images is starring actor and screenwriter Buissieres, including a large portrait), actress Carrel (several seductive in nature), with shots of director Faurez and the film crew in action, and images of composer Georges Van Parys and singer Colette Renard (famous for her "Irma La Douce" musical roles), presumably working on the film soundtrack. Several images in the contact sheets show scenes from the film taking place in an automobile repair shop, directed scenes from high on a crane, and candid photos of the starring performers. A few of the contact sheets bear credits for the Laboratoire Tele-Photo, film title, client (Cinedis) and photographer. ` Little known gangster drama about a woman and her child caught in the downward spiral of prostitution. Photos vary in size from 3 x 4.5 inches to 9.25 x 11.75 inches, with most being smaller. Very Good plus overall, photos with moderate curling, and photo box Very Good plus.
