Hard Cover. Condición: Very Good +. No Jacket. First Edition. The sub-title, "Historical and Descriptive", describes the content of the book. Illustrated with many black & white photographs; and since the book has glossy pages, the reproduction is good. xxxl + 247 pages. Full bright orange cloth binding. Tight. There is minor soiling to the cloth boards and text block fore-edge, and the bottom corner of the rear board is bumped. However, there is very little, if any, wear. A nice copy.

Libro
Hardcover. Condición: Fine. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Fine. Signed, inscribed and dated by the author on a blank page two pages before the title page as follows "To/My Special Friend, /Sadie/ Marie M. Augsperger/ Sept 7, 1956/". Volume itself has orange covers with sharp black lettering on the spine and front cover. 247 pages, printed on high quality paper, with many black & white illustrations, and an index at the end and a bibliography at the beginning of the work. It is stated in the book that of all the National Parks, Yellowstone is the wildest and the most universal in its appeal. There is more to see there, more natural wonders, more variety, a longer list of astonishing sights than any half dozen of other parks combined could offer. As a devotee of Yellowstone myself, I wholehardly concur with the above statements. This book is not a 21st century reprint but the original work signed by the author herself and in darn nice condition. It is my hope that this book will be acquired by a Yellowstone collector and occupy a prominent place in that collection, as it has in mine for many years. As a bonus, two Yellowstone Novelty Cards, featuring Moose by Day & Brown Sandy, Utah are included. Dust jacket is protected in an archival quality cover. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!. Signed By the Author.
