Soft cover. Condición: Near Fine. Revised Edition. This near fine copy is bound in blue printed card covers as issued. There is some sunning and edge wear to the covers The contents are bright, tight, white and square. International postal rates are calculated on a book weighing 1 Kilo, in cases where the book weighs more than 1 Kilo increased postal rates will be quoted, where the book weighs less then postage will be reduced accordingly. This important book was published in August 1904 and revised and collected in this illustrated edition published in October 1904. It lists items which became known as the Bewick Collection from John William Pease who amassed this unique collection over forty years. Ref ZZZ 1.

Second impression, with a few minor alterations. *Catalogue of 331 items relating to Bewick, collected over four decades by John William Pease and bequeathed after his death to the Newcastle Library. With related ephemera (some loose, some tipped-in at end), including a signed typescript letter from co-compiler W. H. Gibson (City Librarian at Newcastle upon Tyne) to G. H. Viner, referring to the collection. George Heath Viner was a bookplate collector with a particular interest in bookplates designed by Charles William Sherborn.
