"The art event "Merry in Sapporo" was held mainly in Yonbangai to cheer up the town of Sapporo and to send messages from this town to Japan and the world. Various events were held in Sapporo, including volunteer trash pick-up by 50,000 people throughout Hokkaido, with distribution of the free paper wrapped in a garbage bag.
