PRINT IS DATED 1874 ON THE TOP MARGIN AREA Originates from an architectural & engineering art journal "The Building News" circa 1870s. The journal contained many plates showing architectural drawings & details of buildings, furniture & interiors; plans & elevations of award winning designs. Some of the designs were presentation drawings that may not have been the final draft. Approximate Image Size: 9 3/4 X 15 inches Approximate Overall Size: 11 1/2 X 16 1/2 inches - 3 VERTICAL FOLDS CONDITION: Suitable browning from age. Tear on bottom right fold which goes into the image about 3/4 inch. Antique Print was an insert in The Building News, therefore there are 3 Vertical Folds. Mild soiling throughout with corner creases. Still in Good Condition for it's age. Corners creased and edges rough. Image a bit offset. Blank on Reverse side. This beautiful architecture print would look great matted and framed. An art supply store can provide you with a selection of frames for old art treasures.
