Descripción

Paperback. 202 pages. Dimensions: 8.3in. x 5.5in. x 0.6in.You are all invited on a journey through the depths of the teenage mind, where you will see the erratic, anxious, and ever so vulgar poetry of Mitchell Bergeron. In this collection of his so-called High School poems one will be able to see poems on love, death, life, loneliness, and his jaded views on religion and society. Each section of this compilation of poetry is filled with obvious anger and lament we all can relate to, and with each poem he seems to ask the question at what point does something stop being art and start being smut. However, Bergeron lets us know there are actually real emotions in is poems by every so often giving us a poem with hope embedded in it, forcing us to delve deeper into the meanings of each piece to see if there is hope anywhere else. On a final note for the poetry portion of this collection, Bergeron gives us the question of morality in such vivid imagery that it leaves us wondering how could a teenager of 18 write so honestly about concepts that are centuries old Accompanying these 50-some odd poems are two short stories of fantastical fiction. The first story is about the lives of the people who live in Hell and the second a borderline-obscene tale of love, lust, death, drugs, and above all else violence. The so appropriately named Time Takes Everything is a horror-show of ultraviolent images and illicit situations, it is a reading experience you wont soon forget. It will leave its depressing and disgusting images in your head long after you read it. Now you may be thinking, It cannot be that disturbing, just remember, you have been warned. This item ships from multiple locations. Your book may arrive from Roseburg,OR, La Vergne,TN. N° de ref. de la librería 9781432772635
