This third edition of Dr Scholefield's "NZ Who's Who." is undated but, based on the lastest date entries, probably appeared early 1932. Publication was delayed to include the results of the December 1931 general election. It lists all important public, political, departmental, judicial and military figures plus those holding prominant civilian posts or active in commerce or community affairs. The first third of the book contains lists of government bodies staff, appointments in various other organisations and institutions, plus obituries since the previous edition. The bulk of the book gives biographies of NZers based on "public service or social standing." 355 text pages followed by four pages adverts, seven pages adverts before title page. Red hard covers with black front/spine titles VG, few marks rear board, spine lightly sunned, text block VG, no inscriptions, light foxing last few pages. (First edition printed 1908.).
