Críticas
"This book's lively commentaries reflect the Institute's to the Third World point of view....the guide is carefully edited, with an informative table of contents, a good index, and a big statistical table, " The Whole World in Figures, "" at the end. ...this is a useful handbook, particularly since it views countries from the perspective of the south." --CHOICE"To find such a diversity of opinions and wealth of data in one volume adds much to the value of this publication...You could read this book for hours."-- Times Educational Supplement (review of an earlier edition)
