Landscape format reprint of the original 1813 edition (published in London by Ackermann's). This version has been printed at The Curwen press for the Cheltenham Libraries and Arts Committee in a numbered edition. This copy is #419. Staple bound. Fawn covers with black decorative border and lettering on front cover. Measures 310mm x360mm. Laid in is a list and details of the six views together with a colour print (measuring 228mm x 187mm) of another view of Cheltenham - Changing Horses Outside The Plough Inn, Cheltenham 1870. The Bookshop at Beech Cottage trades exclusively via the internet. I acquire most of my stock through a network of suppliers based in southern England. My particular interests are illustrated Private Press and modern Poetry. I also have a collection of Prospectuses and similar ephemera. I am careful to select only the better quality items for the Bookshop that are within my speciality and pass on those that are outside my remit. I am a former librarian and read for pleasure - as many booksellers do! I take great care of my books while they are staying at Beech Cottage and would only ask my customers that they do likewise.
