Relates to proposed Act "For Paving, Lighting, Watching, Cleansing and otherwise improving the Town and Neighbourhood of Tunstall, in the County of Stafford, and for improving and regulating the Market-place and the Markets therein". Witnesses include Charles Davenport of Tunstall, surgeon. Much interesting evidence relating to unsanitary and unhealthy condition of town. Folio. Rebound in blue cloth boards with gold titling.
