Front board detached, hanging on by a couple of cords. Leather rubbed and worn at edges of boards. A 1/2" chip to leather on rear board. Front pastedown endpaper has come unstuck from the front board, with great losses along the outer margin. Front free endpaper and front fly leaf fragile and dampstained with chips to margins. 1/2" chip to blank margin of the title leaf. A 1 1/2" x 1/2" chip to blank margin of one leaf (pp.7-8). No previous owner's signatures. ; [viii], 232, [15] pages. Preliminaries consist of the title leaf followed by 3 leaves of Subscriber's Names. Early full calf boards (front board detached).
