Bookplate to endpaper with the name George Edmund Capes Woodlea Grimsby. Other ownership markings to free endpaper, 97 pages of directory and history including Cleethorpes and surrounding villages. 50 pages of adverts. An odd pencil mark and some, unobtrusive water damage to the bottom edge. The cataloger is from Grimsby and has not seen this item in over 30 years of bookdealing. Truly a scarce item.
