Título: Surgery of the Brain.
Editorial: Hagerstown: 1966.
Descripción W. F. Prior Co., Inc., Hagerstown, Maryland, 1945. Cloth. Estado de conservación: Very Good -. No Jacket. Edition not Stated. This SCARCE early brain surgery book has 671 pp., followed by an extensive 17 page index. The book contains numerous photographs and drawings critical to the study of the title subject. The book is a medical classic by the adjunct Professor of Surgery at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and is a Monograph from Volume XII in "Lewis' Practice of Surgery". The book is very clean other than the 2 blank facing pages between the book proper and the index, which were totally colored up by a child (or an adult having a manic episode). The book was NOT in a lending library, but I suppose it may have been in a hospital library, as it has "DISCARDED" stamped in a blank area of the title page, and on the front page edges and the top page edges. These are negligible, but obviously must still be mentioned. There are ZERO library markings. The only other mark is a prior Doctor's name and "Mayo Clinic 8/7/47" penned atop the first blank flyleaf. Light edgewear and corner bumping, else VERY GOOD. Photos upon request. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Hardback. Nº de ref. de la librería 43405
