Text in German. Cover is brown leather over board with gold design on the front, and gold lettering on the front and the spine. Some rubbing at the corners, the lower outside ones being rubbed through the leather. The leather has worn away at the top and bottom of the spine for 1/2 to 2 inches. Lefthand edge of the spine also a little worn, and the spine is slightly faded The general appearance of the cover is very good. The text is tight and clean with no marks and only slight age yellowing towards the edges. Two of the tissues covering illustrations are torn and some others have light creases. There is some evidence of damp marking towards the edges of the last few pages, but not affecting the illustrations. Page edges gilded. Please Note.
