About the Author: Harold E. Professor Briggs is currently working on another book on evidence-based practice as well as a management book; Kevin Corcoran is professor at Portland State University Graduate School of Social Work. He holds an M.A., an M.S.W., a Ph.D. and a J.D. He is the author or editor of several books and has written numerous articles and chapters. Professor Corcoran practices commercial and community mediation in Yachats, Oregon.
