The Committee appointed to Consider of Means for Rendering More Effectual the Provisions of "An Act for Better Regulating the Assize and Making of Bread". Outcome of the Most Effectual Means of remedying any Inconveniences which may arise from the Deficiency of the last Crop of Grain was to bring in a Bill for better regulating the price and assize of bread, and to prohibit, time limited, the use of Wheat in making Starch. Also Duties payable on imported Swedish Herrings, dried or cured to cease and a Bill to encourage the Cultivation of Potatoes on Waste Lands. Some light foxing otherwise a very clean copy. The original printing. Not the 1803 reprint. Parliamentary papers of this period are very rare. It was not until 1836 that provision was made for their sale to the public.
