Título: The San Francisco Calamity by Earthquake and...
Editorial: N.p. n.y., N.p.
Ejemplar firmado: Signed by Author(s)
Small 4to. Green cloth with ornate gilt lettering and elaborate red and black pictorial stamping. xvi, 446pp. Frontispiece, numerous illustrations, decorative endpapers. Good plus. Rather edgeworn and rubbed; joints a tad delicate but expertly, archivally strengthened, thus strong. A tight, decent reprint of some sort of this most bibliographically cryptic of all editions -- which not only cites no year (likely 1906 or '07) but even lists no publisher or city of publication, ironic since the Preface is signed "The Publisher." That said, this is a durable copy of this popular text, and is clean and nice and internally near fine. Delightful spine and front board graphics depict downtown San Francisco ablaze and a-tumblin' down. N° de ref. de la librería 40078
