Dark brown cloth over boards with gilt particulars to spine. Writing to top edge of table of contents; black sharpie line through publishing location text at title page and copyright page; scribbling in pencil to pages 30 and 31. Text block is tanned with light shelfwear particularly to lower edge. Previous owner's bookplate to first free endpaper and blue book description stamp to last free endpaper. Boards are soiled at top edge with rubbing and bumping to edges, corners and ends of spine. Binding is tight and square. Dust jacket is lightly soiled with rubbing, chipping and creasing to edges, corners and ends of spine; small chip to fold of front flap; corners cut at flaps and black sharpie lines through publishing location at rear flap; sunning to spine.
