Small 4to. Green cloth with burgundy lettering and color plate on front board. 218pp. Numerous line drawings. Very good. A wonderfully tight and nice first edition of this novel by the "Dean of American Cartoonists" (1870-1949), the long-time Pulitzer Prize-winning editorial cartoonist -- amply illustrated with his cartoons. Delightful, bright and bizarre front board plate depicts ancient Father Time with scythe and hourglass driving an open roadster like a madman while a young man and two young women in the back seat hang on for dear life. Lacks the scarce jacket, else an exceptionally nice copy of this uncommon title. N° de ref. de la librería 39363
