Original green cloth with gilt designs on the front cover and gilt lettering on spine. 6 X 9 1/4 inches. 534 pages. This copy contains the first five meetings. The first meeting was held on November 14th and 15th, 1866. The second annual meeting was held at St. Louis, Missouri November 13th and 14th, 1867. The third annual meeting was held at Chicago, Illinois on December 15th and 16th, 1868. The fourth annual meeting was held at Louisville, Kentucky on November 17th and 18th, 1869 and the fifth annual meeting was held at Cincinnati, Ohio on April 6th and 7th, 1871. The corners and edges are worn. The spine has a small chip. A previous owner put the numbers 64721 in rubber stamp on a few pages. Text is not affected. Pages are clean and complete.
