Descripción:

Good. by G. W. Agee, Superintendent of the Western Division of the Southern Express Company. Chicago: Donohue, nd (preface dated Memphis, Tennessee, 1890), pp 194 + ads, bound in original paper covers. Printed on pulp paper which has begun turning brown but is still holding up well. Original cover a little loose and worn but still attached. Probable first edition of what is considered to be the most authentic of the early "pulps" about Burrow because this one was written by the Superintendent of the Express Company that kept losing money in Burrow's train robberies! Agee played a major role in tracking down this Alabama outlaw. Though sometimes spelled Burrows, the name really is Burrow. Adams 150, #1; Adams Six-Guns, #16. N° de ref. de la librería
