Fine first printings in fine dustwrappers. The complete trilogy in as new state. The books are clean, unmarked and square. The dustwrappers are complete and without any obvious flaws. The first volume is now over 20 years old, however. Not uncommon but fine copies of the first volume, All the Pretty Horses are now hard to find. A postal surcharge will be requested based on three books. As a keen collector myself I make every effort to provide a high level of service. Enquiries welcomed. N° de ref. de la librería
Sinopsis: Set in West Texas in the years following World War II. A grandfather dies, parents flounder in their own worries and desires and the boy, John Grady Cole, is cut off from the only life - ranching - he ever wanted. So, with his friend Lacy, he decides to go to Mexico.
Críticas: "'A uniquely brilliant book... as subtly beautiful as its desert setting' Sunday Times; 'The finest action writer since Hemingway... a darkly shining work... immensely entertaining... executed with consummate skill and much subtlety - the effect is magnificent' Observer; 'One of the great American novels of this or any time' Guardian"

Descripción Picador, London, UK, 1993. Hardcover. Estado de conservación: Near Fine. Estado de la sobrecubierta: Near Fine. 1st Edition. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First UK printing. Well bound in clean white cloth with silver titling to spine. Corners and spine ends all fine. The only small fault to the binding is a very small (1 mm) indentation to the top edge of upper board. Text pages and eps are all clean with no markings or inscriptions, and the tightness of the book would suggest it has hardly been read. D/J is complete with no tears or loss, just a small bump at spine head area. The aforementioned small knock to the edge of the upper board has not damaged the d/j. Despatched same or next working day in protective packaging. Nº de ref. de la librería 008499
