With his staff and family stunned beyond belief, the President's newfound faith is quickly put to the test. Shedding his misguided former worldview and prior policy stances, the next actions he takes may determine whether or not he has the courage to live out his calling...
In the midst of reconciling his sinful past, a terrorist group launches a plot that will raze New York City. In a race against time, President Harrison's only chance to save the souls and lives of his countrymen requires once and for all putting his full trust in God...

From the Author:

Thomas Nelson, the publishers of On The Edge, turned down The President twenty years ago because it was "too edgy".  Multnomah immediately picked it up and published it in hardback as a major release, because they thought it was "prophetic".  Three years later they re-published the novel in the current softcover version. Now of course it is also available as an e-book--and the early bad conversion edits have now been corrected! But in all three versions, the novel reads like today's newspapers.  Don't miss the State of the Union address.
