Lawrence as they sought each other's advice and help in the production of two precious caskets: "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom" and "The Singing Caravan". 1 wood engraving by Agnes Miller Parker and 9 tipped-in photographs of the principles in this story. Includes a photo of Eric Kennington carving the effigy of T.E. Lawrence and 10 tipped-in colour photos of the books and bindings involved. This book throws new insight into T.E. Lawrence's interest in private press books as well as being of special interest to Gregynog Press collectors and historians. In a pocket on the rear paste-down a facsimile of a cheque drawn by Lawrence (J.H. Ross)in payment to a binder and William McCance's notebook in which he compiled binding costs for "The Seven Pillars". As new in custom made cloth covered slipcase by Stephen Conway.
