The first subscriber's edition of the Boswell papers. Typical sunning to spines (boards are very good), showing soiling to exterior cases. Front board and slipcase of volume iv splitting, top of slipcase of Index volume missing. A few volumes with page toning from old newpaper clipping, else clean, and tight internally.
