"Out of her rich heritage from the past, Le Gallienne weaves a background which gives meaning and significance to his picture of modern Paris". The book is bound in red cloth with blue lettering on the front and spine. There is a small brown spot on the front board and some rubbing at spine ends and corners. The previous owner's name and the date 1938 are written on the front pastedown. The dust jacket is price clipped. It is clean and attractive but the spine is sunned, it has some edgewear and rubbing and what looks like a small burn hole in the back flap fold. ; 8 1/4" x 6"; 349 pages.
