(Lacks title page; lower corner of last leaf torn out and repaired with a piece of paper, with loss of one or two words beneath the staff on the recto side, and partly covering the publishers address on the other side; otherwise internally in fine condition). * This copy without a title page. A few known almost similar copies (Koninklijke Bibliotheek The Hague & Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) have a title page bearing above title. Most parts have a publisher's address on the last page (Beekman or Van Tetroode, both on the same address).
