Color lithograph with some hand-color, 13 1/2 x 19 inches on sheet size 16 3/4 x 23 inches. With accompanying text sheet. A couple of faint foxed spots to outer margins (outside image area), light toning to upper and lower right edge, adhesive tape to corners of verso (not affecting front image), short edge tear well outside image. Very good bright condition. An interesting view of the Mining display, highlighting the architecture of the Crystal Palace which was the venue for the first international World's Fair that took place in Hyde Park, London, England, from 1 May to 15 October 1851. From: Dickinson's Comprehensive Pictures of the Great Exhibition of 1851 From the Originals Painted for H.R.H. Prince Albert by Messrs. [Joseph] Nash, [Louis] Haghe, and [David] Roberts.
