Inside front wrapper bears printed menu and inside rear wrapper lists speakers Carl Van Doren and A.S.W. Rosenbach. Stitched in is a smaller (12mo) facsimile on tan stock of the title page of Dumas' "Petit Dictionnaire de Cuisine" (Paris: Alphonse Lemerre, 1882) followed by three text pages in French discussing "Beignets de celeri," "Tourle d'oeufs" and "Gateau Frascati."
